Tommy is crying because Simon isn't there to be in the picture. 
Tom, Caky and Baby Tommy came in this afternoon... and first stop... Johns Hopkins to visit with Grandmommy and Granddad who are keeping watch on Uncle Fr. Drew's surgery progress. It was the first time that all 3 Toms were together!!
